Please note we thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged to avoid damage in transit.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We check all items before sending however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please complete the returns authorisation form included in your order box within 2 days of receiving your goods and send the form back to us for return approval. You can return the authorisation form to info@chihaircare.com.au.
Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available. Please DO NOT return goods without return approval from our team.
Once approved, the item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unused and with labels intact.
