How do you deliver?
Orders are dispatched with Australia Post, Toll Priority or Fastway. Orders are assessed due to weight, size and location and the appropriate freight company is used for delivery of the order. We aim to keep delivery costs low and provide the quickest delivery option for each order.
When will my order be sent?
We endeavour to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available. If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive between 1-5 business day from leaving us depending on your location. Please note orders which are large in size may take longer for delivery due to being shipped by road freight. This is out of our control and delivery time lies with the freight company. We do ship with the company that we believe offers the most efficient delivery option. International delivery times will vary.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We thoroughly check all items before sending however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you where possible. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unused and with labels intact. Please DO NOT return items without return approval from our team.
